Every order follows the same rhythm: you place and pay for the order, it arrives and is inspected, you review QC photos and consolidate, then you choose a shipping route and pay freight to your door.
- Order: paste a link or search by name, set options and pay; Boonbuy buys it.
- Warehouse: the seller ships to the warehouse, where items are scanned, checked, photographed and stored free.
- Parcel: select the items you want and submit them together as one parcel.
- Ship: pick a route and pay freight; the cost trues up to the real weight, and you confirm receipt on arrival.

How to place an order, screen by screen
Four moves turn a find into a paid order.
Paste a Taobao, 1688 or Weidian link — or type a product name straight into the search bar.
Matching and same-style listings are shown together, so you can weigh options before you buy.
On the product page choose colour, size and quantity, add a note for the agent, then purchase.
For sources you can't search (like Yupoo or Goofish), open Fill & Buy and enter the details yourself.
The nine tracked stages — with timings
Fulfilment is broken into nine stages you can follow in your account.

Order submitted. You place the order and pay.

Order placed. The agent confirms and buys — the purchase is completed within about 6 working hours of payment.

Seller shipped. The seller dispatches your item to the warehouse.

Arrived at warehouse. Incoming orders are scanned into the system within about 48 hours.

Inspection & storage. Items are quality-checked and shelved within about 24 hours.

Shipping requested. Consolidate the items you want and submit a parcel.

Parcel packed. The warehouse packs your parcel within about 24 hours.

Shipped. Track it in your account. Final cost trues up to the real weight — differences are refunded or charged.

Delivered & confirmed. Confirm receipt on the Parcel page and you're done.

What happens at the warehouse
When the seller ships, your order first reaches the warehouse delivery point and is scanned in within about 48 hours; until then you can follow it on your Order page. Once received, the team completes the quality check and shelves your items within about 24 hours. From then on they wait on your Warehouse page — storage is free — until you are ready to ship.

Submitting your parcel
Three steps turn warehouse items into a parcel on its way.
- 1. Consolidate
Select the items you want to send and combine them into a single parcel.
- 2. Enter shipping details
Add your delivery address, choose a packing method and pick a shipping line.
- 3. Apply coupons & pay
Use any available shipping coupons, then pay to confirm the shipment.
The warehouse packs your parcel within about 24 hours and hands it to the carrier; tracking then appears on your Parcel page. International shipping is priced on the parcel's final weight, method and destination, so the amount can differ slightly from your estimate — overpayment is refunded to your balance, or the difference is charged. Confirm receipt when it arrives.
